Pick a delivery date (a day or two before your event is best) and how long you’d like it for (choose from 4 to 18 days), then proceed…
To check-out, tell us where you would like us to deliver your parcel to and enter payment details. You must be 18 years old+.
After payment you will receive a text message on your mobile and you’ll need to follow the ID verification check instructions. Once approved we’ll send your order.
When you receive your item, please take a minute to read our guideline notes enclosed in your parcel, you’ll find your pre-paid returns label inside too.
Standard cleaning is included upon return. Please never clean the item yourself, even if any accident should occur, we’ll take care of this.
Our packaging is reusable. Please retain all the packaging upon opening your parcel and use the same packaging when returning it.
Pop the item back into the original packaging, attach the pre-paid returns label and drop it off at any Post Office branch by midday on your designated return date.
You must keep your proof of postage receipt – this is to ensure you are not unfairly charged if the courier was to lose the item.
